This Web Site is protected as a collective work or compilation under the U.S. copyright and other laws and treaties. The Arman Committee retains all present and future rights in and to copyrights, trademarks, trade secret, service mark, and other property rights of any type under the laws of any governmental authority, domestic or foreign, relating to this Web Site, including copyrights, in data, image, text, and any other information contained in its files. The Arman Trust retains all rights to all Works of Art depicted on this site. Copyrights and other proprietary rights in articles, photographs and other materials on this Web Site may also subsist in individuals and entities other than, and in addition to, The Arman Committee and The Arman Trust.

Permitted use
Users may use this Web Site for personal, non commercial use only, and may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, reuse, repost, or make any other use of the web site, or any protected materials on this Web site. The Arman Committee expressly prohibits the copying or use of any protected materials on this Web Site, except for the purposes personal browsing or fair use as defined in the copyright laws, and as described below.

Fair use of copyrighted material includes the use of protected materials for noncommercial educational purposes, such as teaching, scholarship, research, criticism, commentary, and news reporting. This Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York without giving effect t conflict-of-law principles thereof.
